Seacrest
Village opened its doors in 1985 as a family run
business providing long-term care to the community.
Since then, we have evolved into a quality adult
healthcare community.
Our
Community is gracefully set amidst seven acres that
overlook Great Bay and the beautiful Edwin B.
Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. This refuge is
enriched with an array of wild life for residents to
enjoy.
Sunlight
streams into our facility brightening every room,
corridor, dining and social area. Private and
semiprivate rooms are pleasantly decorated in soft
pastels and everywhere an ambiance of warmth and
security is felt.
Our
highly trained professionals have the experience and
sensitivity required to address the special needs of
caring for the older adult. We work as a team to
provide quality care. Residents receive personalized
attention and outstanding care that make them feel
comfortable and maintain their dignity.
Our
activities department promotes companionship and
encourages intellectual and physical participation.
Through diverse and ever changing activities, each
resident is able to capitalize on their own strengths,
thereby increasing their sense of emotional well-being
and personal achievement.
Meals
are important to our residents. Our chefs take special
care in catering to individual tastes, consulting with
our full-time dietitian to ensure that each resident's
specific needs are satisfied. The result is creative,
nutritious, appetizing, and enjoyable dining.
Restorative
programs, overseen by our nursing department, promote
self-satisfaction for our residents. These programs
are goal-oriented and developed by our physical,
occupational, and speech therapists, all licensed in
their specific field of study. |
